  • Change the nickname, avatar, or profile description.
  • Add or remove friends.
  • Change profile, privacy, or display settings, including switching to Invisible.
  • Do anything that might attract the original owner's attention.
  • Interact with the original owner while they are online.

A replacement is not provided when:

  • The original owner is currently playing on the account.
  • The account received a Community Ban or VAC Live ban.
  • The account has a VAC ban in another game.
  • The key or session was broken by an incorrect logout or by sharing the account.
  • The account was already provided as a replacement.
  • The claim is based only on dissatisfaction with rank or Trust Factor.
  • The account is banned on individual servers, which we cannot verify.
  • The product's warranty period has expired.
  • A VAC ban was received after the original owner had already recovered the account.
Community Ban or VAC ban

A replacement can only be considered when you contact support within the first 10 minutes after key activation.

No refund can be issued after a key is activated or account credentials are accessed. Eligible faults reported within the warranty window receive a replacement at no additional cost.
